Does my child need an account?
You create the parent account. Your child joins using a one-time device code and does not need an email address.
How do I connect a child’s device?
Sign in as a parent, choose your child and open Connect a child’s device. Choose the right device type and enter that code on the child’s device. A watch needs its own watch code.
What happens without internet?
Previously loaded tasks can remain available. Supported task completions are saved on the device and sent when it reconnects. Account setup, fresh updates and some other actions need internet.
Can we use an iPhone or a watch?
The browser app works on iPhone and iPad. Signed installers are available for Android and compatible Wear OS watches. Native Apple apps are not available yet.
